I never worry when Jeannie is in charge. She goes the extra mile for us! I have been using their services for well over a year now and she never ceases to amaze me. She leaves little updates to let me know when she was there (which I certainly did not expect), and she brings in the mail for me while I'm away. I simply expected someone to put out food for Jack (my cat), but she does far more than that. She takes such good care of my cat, I wish they could start a human-sitting service! Rene-I love Lil Rascals Pet Care and their staff! They are more than accommodating to help in any way they the can while you are out of town. Each time they have stayed with our dog, they have fed & played with him, watered our plants and even turned lights on and off to look as though someone was home. Our dog just loves them! The last time we kenneled him at the vet, he licked his paws raw because of the stress of the experience. When we came home from being gone 10 days on vacation with Jeanie and her staff watching him, he was just as happy as he could be. I'm very thankful to know that they are here when we need them!
Lil Rascals Pet Care has cared for my kitties several times in the past year. I wouldn't have anyone but Jeannie and her staff care for my finicky, spoiled ladies! Lil Rascal's owner, Jeannie, is more than wonderful--born for this business! Her helper staff, Tiffany and Ian, have also made visits to provide care and playtime for my dogs. Jeannie carefully selected Tiffany and Ian, because they have a heart for animals and embrace Jeannie's detailed, holistic approach to tending to clients, their beloved pets, and her pet care business. Before using her services for the first time, Jeannie came to visit my home and met my dogs---who loved her immediately (first good sign). We went over a detailed history for Noah and Libby and discussed their current regimen. She provided me with a long list of references, four of whom gave her a glowing recommendation! She is very thorough, very careful to tend to every detail of their health history,current care from daily schedule, feedings, medications, favorite toys, and so much more.
Before finding out about her services, I would dread leaving home because of knowing my little "Buds" would be so unhappy until I returned to collect them from the boarding kennel. It would take them several days to settle and seem comfortably secure at home again. Now my two little rescues, Noah, a l2 yr old Mutt and Libby, an 8 yr old tiny Maltese (from Katrina), are so very happy now that they can stay home when I'm away .
I can leave without a heavy heart. When I return, I find detailed written notes about what took place on every visit--"Libby seems to feel fine but ate only half her food; we played ball in the hall; Noah was sweetly ornery!;".. on & on...." My dogs are not the least bit stressed. This helps me to merge right back in like I haven't missed a thing. Jeannie seems to enjoy spoiling them as much as I do. Libby loves her blanket warmed in the dryer for bedtime so Jennie warms her blanket just like Mama----that's the level of care you can expect from Jeannie, Tiffany, Ian, and Lil Rascal's Pet Care.
